It seems as if no one’s coaching stock has increased more dramatically in recent years than Kevin Ollie’s. Two years ago, he was an assistant under Jim Calhoun. This past season, he won a national championship in his second year at the helm of the Connecticut men’s basketball program.
Now, he’s being linked to NBA head coaching openings. But Ollie says he isn’t going to be leaving Storrs, Conn. any time soon.

Ollie, the 41-year-old former NBA veteran, is thought of very highly in the league. Superstars Kevin Durant and LeBron James both credit Ollie in helping with their development. Many think his coaching style and background make him an ideal NBA coaching candidate.
Does “I’m not looking for another job,” mean he won’t take another job, though? We’ll find out.
