Peters, who played over 15 minutes per game as a freshman at Maryland this season, averaged 4.1 points and 2.1 assists. He peaked with back-to-back double-digit games in early December against George Washington and Boston College, but had a quiet finish to his season, going scoreless in eight of the Terps’ final 15 games.
