Duke rising junior guard Grayson Allen underwent successful hernia surgery today, the Blue Devils announced this afternoon.
Allen, who opted to pass on testing the NBA Draft process, was a first-team All-ACC player in 2015-16. He averaged 21.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game during Duke’s Sweet 16 season.
He had the surgery at Duke University Medical Center.

Duke got some good news today when it was announced that Amile Jefferson had been granted another year of eligibility. The Blue Devils will likely be the preseason No. 1 team heading into the 2016-17 season.
