Quinn Cook will be in the Warriors’ starting lineup tonight.
Former Duke point guard Quinn Cook will make his first career NBA start tonight for the Golden State Warriors when they take on the Charlotte Hornets.
Cook, who was called up straight from the G League, will start in place of Steph Curry, who’s out with an ankle sprain.

Mike Brown said on KNBR that Quinn Cook is starting tonight so the Warriors can watch Shaun Livingston's minutes. Quite the opportunity for the Duke alum. Fresh from the G League, he'll start on national TV.

Cook, who was the leading scorer in the G League last season with 26 points per game, has played in just three NBA games this year, and is seeing about six minutes per appearance.
After going undrafted in 2015, Cook has bounced around from affiliate team to affiliate team with some 10-day contracts in between, and now he finds himself in prime position to prove that he deserves a permanent spot on a 15-man roster.
