Grayson Allen is a fantastic college guard, but he regularly gets in trouble for flopping, tripping, and now, kicking opposing players.
Allen’s latest controversial play is the most blatant of the last two seasons. The Blue Devils are facing local mid-major Elon at the Greensboro Coliseum. During the first half, Allen kicked guard Steven Santa Ana in the back of the knee.
Some of Allen’s previous trips looked like they could have been accidental, but his reputation makes it hard to give him the benefit of the doubt. That is not the case here, it looks very blatant.
It is far from the only controversy that Allen has been involved in during his time at Duke, however. Just a few days ago, Allen was accused of flopping on a play at the rim against Tennessee State.
