The NFL wants your defensive coordinator, Louisville.
According to a report by NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport, Cardinals’ defensive coordinator Todd Grantham has been offered a two-year deal by the Oakland Raiders to take over the same position. The Raiders recently hired Jack Del Rio to become their head coach.
Louisville’s defense ranked 24th in the country in points against in 2014, allowing 21.8 points per game.

Grantham has been at Louisville for just one season. He previously was Georgia’s defensive coordinator for four years after spending more than a decade coaching in the NFL.
