Roy Williams underwent successful knee surgery today, North Carolina announced.
The 65-year-old coach had a planned right knee replacement surgery and the doctor says it went “very well.”
Williams is now resting comfortably, UNC says.

Williams had been dealing with some knee pain for years. Hopefully the surgery has corrected everything.
