North Carolina landed a big player for the 2019 class on Friday.
Jeremiah Francis, a four-star point guard from Pickerington, Ohio, announced his commitment to play for North Carolina in 2019 on Friday. Francis, a 6-foot-3, 190-pound player, announced the news on Twitter.
Francis’ commitment comes just a handful of days after he dropped a top ten, which included UNC, Indiana, West Virginia, Purdue, Florida State, Missouri, TCU, Iowa, Ohio State and Dayton.
Francis is ranked as the best player in the state of Ohio for the class of 2019.

At the moment, Francis has 15 offers – the 10 schools on his list, along with Detroit, Duquesne, Nebraska, Ohio and Virginia Tech.
Francis is UNC’s first commit for the 2019 class.
