Rhule has engineered an impressive turnaround in four seasons at Temple. He’s led the Owls to two straight 10-win seasons, back-to-back AAC East division titles and a conference championship game win over Navy this season.
For his career, he is 28-23 in Philly.
A native of State College, Pa., Rhule played football for Penn State from 1994-97.
