Trae Young and Oklahoma basketball keep cruising, and just handed TCU its first loss of the season, 90-89.
Trae Young hit two clutch free throws with 7.9 seconds left in the game to give Oklahoma the lead back in an epic Big 12 battle.
TCU led for most of the game, and was up as many as 11 with just over 12 minutes left in the half.
Oklahoma battled back, behind another ridiculous performance by Young, who finished with 39 points on 9-of-23 from the field, and 14 assists. He had a huge day at the free throw line, hitting 15-of-18.

The win gives Oklahoma basketball a third win over a top 25 program in recent weeks.
On a recent podcast with Andy Katz, West Virginia head coach Bob Huggins said he would rank the Sooners No. 1 in the Big 12, if they had a revote of the conference preseason poll. Kansas finished as a unanimous No. 1.
Today’s win, against an undefeated TCU squad on the road, certainly helps that argument.
