Alabama high school coaches don’t have to go far to find top-natch college coaches, but they’re bringing in Michigan’s Jim Harbaugh to headline their coaching clinic.
Harbaugh won’t be alone. The local college powers will be represented by new Auburn offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey as well.
“We are very excited to have Coach Harbaugh and Coach Lindsey addressing our coaches,” said Alabama Coaching Assocation head Alvin Briggs in a released statement on Tuesday. “Coach Harbaugh is one of the top college head coaches in America, and Coach Lindsey is one of the brightest offensive coordinators around. Our commitment is to provide the best clinicians possible for our member schools each year.”
Harbaugh made his way through the Southeast last year on his extensive satellite camp tour, but with the NCAA working to limit some of Harbaugh’s favorite tricks, he’ll have to work a little harder to get his program extra exposure down in SEC country.
