Nebraska’s football program isn’t really known as a “Wide Receivers U,” but the Huskers are trending that way.
Mike Riley’s team could have the best wide receivers’ unit in the Big Ten this fall and elite talent could be on the way to Lincoln, Neb. at the position.
The Huskers already have commitments from two four-star wide receivers – Jaevon McQuitty and Keyshawn Johnson Jr. – and are in contention to land commitments from two five-star prospects.
Those two five-stars, Tyjon Lindsey and Joseph Lewis – were at Nebraska on Friday for the Huskers “Friday Night Lights” recruiting event. They seemed to enjoy their time on campus.

The Huskers have an elite quarterback in the class, too. Tristan Gebbia, a four-star prospect out of California, is pledged to Nebraska. He’s the No. 5 pro-style QB in the class.
Nebraska’s 2017 recruiting class is ranked the No. 27 class in the country by 247Sports.
