ESPN put out its first edition of the ESPN300 recruiting rankings for the football class of 2018 today. Here’s where each of Nebraska’s ESPN300 2018 commits ranks.
ESPN, which is one of the four major recruiting services, published its most notable recruiting list for the class of 2018 for the first time today. Here is how the rankings shook out for each of the each of the ranked players joining the Nebraska Cornhuskers next year. Four of Nebraska’s seven players made the ESPN300:
Four-star WR Manuel Allen (Corona, CA)
Rank: No. 167
Four-star ATH Eric Fuller Jr. (Los Angeles, CA)
Rank: No. 174
Four-star ATH Brendan Radley-Hiles (Bradenton, FL)
Rank: No. 187
Four-star TE Cameron Jurgens (Beatrice, NE)
Rank: No. 230
Mike Riley continues to branch out to bring a lot of talent to Nebraska. Three of the four ESPN300 Nebraska commits come from warm-weather football hotbeds California and Florida, with the fourth being a home-state favorite.
After a strong second year with the Huskers, Riley is impressing with this 2018 class. 247Sports ranks the Huskers No. 5 in the Big Ten right now, and No. 11 in the nation. Not too bad for a the school in Lincoln.
