One of Nebraska’s 2017 signees will reportedly not make it to campus.
This is the time of the summer when news begins to trickle out regarding which recruits will not be making it to their respective campuses because they failed to qualify academically.
One Nebraska signee is reportedly in this boat.
Plano (Tex.) East three-star defensive tackle Deiontae Watts did not qualify and will not be enrolling at Nebraska, per multiple reports.

According to Hail Varsity, Watts could potentially end up at Fort Scott Community College in Kansas.
Watts was the No. 32 defensive tackle in the 2017 class, according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.
