In a Chicago Tribune article from Tuesday, Northwestern star running back Venric Mark said that he would “embrace” the two game suspension that he was slated to serve for a violation of team rules. Now, it appears that he will not suit up in any games for the Wildcats. In fairly shocking news, Mark is reportedly transferring out of Northwestern.

Mark had his breakout season in 2012 when he rushed for 1,366 yards and 12 touchdowns and was an All-American selection at punt returner. He is originally from the Houston area, so keep an eye on schools in that area as possible destinations.
