Can the Buckeyes make the playoff?
The path to the College Football Playoff is becoming more clear each and every week.
Week 11 saw No. 1 Georgia, No. 3 Notre Dame, and No. 6 TCU all lose and essentially remove themselves from the playoff race, unless Georgia wins the SEC.
Those loses also helped other teams regain some steam headed into the final weeks.
Ohio State dominated Michigan State this weekend, but can the Buckeyes make the playoff with two loses? ESPN’s Stats and Info department doesn’t think so.

Even if the Buckeyes win out, it looks like they will miss out on the playoff. Of course, this is assuming Clemson, Oklahoma, and Auburn all win out. This is also assuming Miami only has one loss, to Clemson in the ACC title game, on the season.
Ohio State finishes the season at home against Illinois and on the road at Michigan.
