Multiple former Ohio State coaches will be joining Tom Herman at Texas.
Former Ohio State running backs coach Stan Drayton, who was key in the development of Ezekiel Elliott, will reportedly be joining Tom Herman at Texas.
Drayton left Ohio State two years ago to coach running backs for the Chicago Bears.
The news was first reported by HornsDigest and confirmed by Sports Illustrated’s Pete Thamel.

Texas added the final piece to its on-field coaching staff on Tuesday, as Chicago Bears running backs coach Stan Drayton will be joining the Longhorns. Drayton will serve as associate head coach and run game coordinator. His hire was first reported by HornsDigest.com.
Drayton is one of the country’s most accomplished running backs coaches, having spent the past two seasons in the NFL.
Also joining Herman at Texas is former Ohio State offensive coordinator Tim Beck, whose hire was officially announced this afternoon.
