Marshon Lattimore, widely regarded as one of the top cornerbacks in the 2017 NFL Draft, was selected No. 11 overall by the New Orleans Saints. There’s a lot of good stuff in there. The future was never certain for Lattimore, who came out of high school as a 4-star recruit. While he was regarded as a phenomenal athlete and a natural talent, his 2014 and 2015 injury-plagued seasons left a lot to be desired. His 2016 campaign, however, was when the 6-foot, 192-pounder exploded onto the scene. He recorded 41 total tackles and four interceptions that season to become First Team All-Big Ten. Now, he has the opportunity to make a huge splash in the NFL as well.
