A federal appeals court ruled today in favor of the NFL, clearing the way for the suspension to be back on.

It’s not over, though.
Elliott is able to attempt to appeal again and fight the decision either in New York or in Texas.
Teh Cowboys have a bye on Sunday and don’t play again until Sunday, Oct. 22 at San Francisco.
