Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins predicted he’d one day play for the Buckeyes—when he was just 10 years old.
Dwayne Haskins is a redshirt freshman quarterback for Ohio State, and apparently, he knew he always would be—even at 10 years of age. On Wednesday, the Ohio State football Twitter account shared a home video of Haskins touring the Buckeyes facility.
“This is awesome,” a young Haskins says in the video below, “I want to go to college here.”

Nine years later, he would fulfill the prophecy he foretold at age 10 and become a Buckeye (after committing and decommitting from the Maryland Terrapins, nonetheless).
Haskins will be in competition this offseason with Joe Burrow for the backup quarterback spot behind J.T. Barrett.
The Buckeyes kick off their 2017 campaign with a matchup versus the Indiana Hoosiers on August 31.
