Four-star quarterback and Ohio State commit Emory Jones will visit Florida this weekend, according to 247Sports.
Jones is the No. 4 ranked dual-threat quarterback in the nation.
Florida, once considered an outside shot to nab Emory, is now a serious contender following 4-star QB Matt Corral’s flip to Ole Miss on Thursday night. His official visit this weekend could be the final push the Gators need to add another top-flight recruit to their 2018 class.

But Florida isn’t the only threat to Ohio State, as Alabama has been courting Jones for some time, and Jones has been mum about which way he’s leaning. It’s a toss-up as far as predictions go, and his signing next week should be full of drama.
247Sports’ crystal ball currently has Ohio State as the favorite, with 47-percent of the voters picking him to end up with the Buckeyes. Alabama sits at 37-percent and Florida at 17-percent.
