The Ohio State Buckeyes are feeling great after surviving against Michigan on Saturday. Redshirt freshman safety Tyvis Powell made the play of the game, intercepting what would have been a go-ahead two-point conversion for Michigan to seal the win. Thanks to his efforts, Ohio State extended the nation’s longest winning streak to 24 games and is now in a position to put itself in the BCS National Championship Game.
Fans, of course, were beyond thrilled with Powell’s big play. Back in his hometown, Bedford, Ohio, someone even placed a funny sign on his mother’s door:
Somebody put this on my mom door back at home lol pic.twitter.com/mSZhnCug4g

It’s always nice to see players who make big plays get recognition. The Buckeyes have a tough challenge ahead of them as they take on Michigan State in the Big Ten Championship on Saturday in Indianapolis. Tyvis Powell will definitely have to play a big role for the Buckeyes once again — after his play on Saturday, it appears he’s ready for the big stage.
