Two players that sported Nike gear during their collegiate days will be sponsored by the company’s rival in the NFL. ESPN’s Darren Rovell is reporting that former Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins and former Ohio State running back Carlos Hyde have been signed by shoe and apparel brand Adidas.

Clemson and Ohio State are, of course, sponsored by Nike. The world’s most popular brand has already signed former Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel and former Central Florida quarterback Blake Bortles, among other players. Manziel wore Adidas for three seasons at Texas A&M.
Watkins is expected to be a top-five pick while Hyde is considered by many to be the top running back in the class.
The NFL Draft’s first round begins Thursday at 8 p.m. E.T.
