Tate Martell took to Twitter to address the news of Tyjon Lindsey’s recent decommitment from Ohio State.
Tate Martell, a four-star QB from Las Vegas, and an early enrollee at Ohio State, was today hit with the news that his Bishop Gorman High School teammate and potential Ohio State teammate might not be joining him in the fall.
Lindsey announced on Twitter that he’s decommitting from Ohio State.

Lindsey is the No. 6 ranked wide receiver in the country, per 247Sports.
Martell addressed the news on Twitter, making clear that he’s committed to the Buckeyes and also making clear that he fully supports his former teammate.

Lindsey’s departure leaves Trevon Grimes as the lone wide receiver in the 18-man Ohio State recruiting class, and boosts Alabama to the No. 1 ranked recruiting class in the nation per 247Sports, with Ohio State falling to No. 2.
Potential suitors for Lindsey include Nebraska, USC and Oregon.
