They are dancing in the streets of Auburn, Alabama. Michigan State has knocked off previously undefeated Ohio State, more than likely propelling the Tigers, who won the SEC Championship Game over Missouri earlier today, to the BCS National Championship Game.
The final blow came on a Jeremy Langford 26-yard touchdown run, which gave the Spartans a ten point lead late in the fourth quarter. MSU’s defense, which did a great job containing OSU quarterback Braxton Miller all night, was then able to close the victory out. Michigan State is headed to the Rose Bowl.
