The 2018 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis is underway. Yesterday the running backs and offensive linemen started off with the bench press, and today, both position groups took to the field for the 40-yard dash.
Running backs like Saquon Barkley and Nick Chubb put up ridiculously impressive totals in the bench press yesterday. Barkley and Chubb both put up 29 reps at 225 pounds.
Barkley continued his hot start with a 41-inch vertical. Then he dusted the competition in the 40-yard dash with a ridiculous unofficial 4.41-second 40-yard dash.
He’s not just performing on the field, though.
On and off the track, Saquon Barkley is winning the Combine so far. Excellent athlete and he's wowing teams in interviews.

Barkley already projected as a top-5 pick, but now has certainly cemented his status among the draft’s elite prospects. It’s very much hurry up and wait for Barkley now, as he awaits the NFL draft in late April.
He’ll have a round of interviews to complete before then, but according to Matt Miller, those should be no-sweat.
