ESPN’s Rece Davis revealed his top 16 college football teams.
Rece Davis typically reveals his top teams after every week. He cautioned that this isn’t a prediction for tonight’s inaugural CFB playoff rankings, but rather just his own personal opinion.
Heading into Week 10, here’s Davis’ list, in tweet form.
Now here are his rankings in list form:
- Ohio State
- Texas A&M
Davis added that he considered Western Michigan and remains a big fan of Florida State, despite the Seminoles’ three losses.
What do you think? Did Davis get it right?
Path To The Playoff For 10 Teams With A Loss
10. Oklahoma (6-2)
Oklahoma will have to win out to of course make the playoff and has opportunities against Baylor, West Virginia and Oklahoma State to grab three strong wins in its final three games.
The Sooners will also need every other one-loss team to stumble down the stretch in order to have a legitimate shot at sneaking into the Playoff. It then would come down to themselves and other two-loss teams for the final spot.
It’s a long shot to say the least, but the Sooners are still hanging on to a very small chance. Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook gives the Sooners 40/1 odds to win the national championship.
