The Heisman Trophy picture is starting to get clearer.
ESPN college football analyst Kirk Herbstreit says Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson remains the frontrunner to win the Heisman Trophy after Week 7.
So far this season, Jackson has totaled:
- 1,806 passing yards, 18 touchdowns
- 832 rushing yards, 15 touchdowns
Herbstreit says Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett, Michigan do-it-all star Jabrill Peppers and Washington quarterback Jake Browning remain in the race, too.
Lamar current front runner. Long way to go. JT is in there. Peppers and Browning as well. https://t.co/Sa6u7McF28
