The expected Tigers’ starter was suspended indefinitely earlier today.
LSU indefinitely suspended Maea Teuhema, an expected starter on the offensive line, earlier today for an undisclosed violation of team rules.
So, he’s transferring.
The former four-star recruit has officially been granted his release, the school announced this evening.

The 6-foot-5, 327-pound guard was ranked the No. 2 recruit at his position coming out of high school in 2015.
Teuhema started 21 games over the last two seasons and was expected to anchor the Tigers’ offensive line this fall.
LSU opens its season on Sept. 2 against BYU.
