Ohio State junior defensive end Jalyn Holmes, one of the team’s most important defensive players, was injured during the Buckeyes’ contest against Michigan State on Saturday. Holmes, midway through the second quarter, was rolled up on by a teammate in his pursuit of the quarterback. He looks to have suffered some kind of injury to his left leg.

Jalyn Holmes walking off field slowly with trainers help. Looked like they were checking out his leg/ankle. Buckeyes take over at MSU 37.

This would be a huge injury for the Buckeyes. Hoping Jalyn Holmes is ok. Best D-Lineman all year for us. Would need him against TTUN & CFP.
