The Sooners have lost Bob Stoops to retirement, but that’s not stopping the college football expert from picking OU to win the league.
“Don’t expect any changes at the top of the Big 12 standings,” he writes.

ESPN’s Football Power Index model gives Oklahoma a 72.3 percent chance to win the league. TCU at 11.7 percent has the second-best chance to win the Big 12, per the FPI.
