Minnesota is reportedly hiring Kirk Ciarrocca as the Gophers’ offensive coordinator.
Just a few days ago, Minnesota hired P.J. Fleck. In the days that followed, Fleck had no trouble getting a few WMU recruits to follow him to his new school.
Now, former Western Michigan offensive coordinator, Kirk Ciarrocca, is reportedly set to join Fleck in Minneapolis. According to Star Tribune, Ciarrocca will be the new offensive coordinator at Minnesota.

The Minnesota offense already got a huge boost today as the Gophers announced the addition of Ed Warinner as their offensive line coach.
Under Ciarrocca, Western Michigan had one of the country’s top offenses in 2016. The Broncos finished ninth in scoring offense and 19th in the country in total offense.
The Gophers hope to improve on their 2016 statistics under Fleck. Minnesota has a long way to go before it can contend with the big dogs of the Big Ten, but under Fleck, anything is possible.
