Former Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd has the keys to a Tigers victory on Monday night.
Former Clemson signal-caller Tajh Boyd has been helping his alma mater this week by mimicking Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts on the scout team. He also dropped some advice for the team on Instagram ahead of the contest.
Boyd’s “keys” to a Clemson victory? Control the trenches, stop Alabama’s ground game, protect Deshaun Watson at all costs and give Watson time to throw. Pretty simply, really.
If Clemson can do all that, they’ll be looking at their first national title since 1981. It’s a tall task, though.
