A federal judge ruled today in favor of the plaintiffs in the Ed O’Bannon v. NCAA antitrust case.
U.S. District Court Judge Claudia Wilken, in a 99-page ruling in favor of the group led by former UCLA basketball player Ed O’Bannon, issued an injunction that will, basically, prevent the NCAA from disallowing college athletes to profit off their name, image, and likeness.
