There are always a couple of “Cinderella” teams that make a semi-deep run in the NCAA Tournament.
A No. 10 seed wins their first round game and then upsets the No. 2 seed in the second round to get to the Sweet 16. A No. 11 seed wins their first two games and then rides that magic to a Sweet 16 victory and an Elite Eight appearance. Etc.
We’ve gone through this year’s NCAA Tournament bracket and come up with seven potential NCAA Tournament “Cinderella” teams.
