A five-star point guard in the class of 2018 is set to come off the board tomorrow.
Devon Dotson, the No. 24 overall player in the class, per 247Sports, announced that he will be committing on Friday evening.
247 has Dotson slotted in at No. 6 among points guards, and No. 2 among players from North Carolina.
Kansas and Maryland are believed to be the front runners for Dotson, but he also took visits to Clemson and Florida.

Dotson also holds offers from Arizona, Florida State, Georgia, Louisville, Miami, Notre Dame, Tennessee, UCLA, USC, and others.
Kansas appears to be the favorite to land him, though it is unclear what, if any, impact last night’s news drop about the school’s relationship with embattled apparel giant adidas could have.
It won’t be long before we find out.
