The NCAA Tournament gets underway tonight with the “First Four” in Dayton.
ESPN’s panel of experts released its Final Four and national title predictions today. Twenty-seven analysts, writers and personalities in total weighed in.
ESPN bracketologist Joe Lunardi was one of the 27. He thinks this is finally the year for Virginia and Tony Bennett.
Here’s what Lunardi has.
- West Virginia
- Michigan State
- Virginia winning it all
It doesn’t indicate who Lunardi has Virginia beating in the title game. If it is Michigan State, that’s a popular pick as a championship game matchup.
Lunardi and Jake Trotter are also the only analysts picking West Virginia to get to the Final Four. Bob Huggins hasn’t taken the Mountaineers there since 2010.
What do you think of Lunardi’s picks?
