If you picked a lot of favorites, you’re in luck. For the first time since 2007, no teams seeded 13th or lower made the second round. Only one 12-seed (Middle Tennessee) and one 10-seed (Wichita State) advanced, but they were both favored. Three of the four 11-seeds did win first round games, however.
