JaQuan Lyle is no longer a part of Ohio State’s basketball team.
Earlier today it was reported that Ohio State point guard JaQuan Lyle was arrested Saturday morning. Lyle was taken into custody on three charges, including public intoxication.
Well, according to a spokesperson from Ohio State, Lyle was no longer a part of the team. Lyle reportedly quit the team in early April.

Lyle was the starting point guard for the Buckeyes during his sophomore campaign. It’s a big loss for the program as Lyle averaged 11.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 4.6 assists in 29.3 minutes per game for Ohio State last year.
