Check out what happened in the North Carolina game tonight.
They don’t call him Teddy “TV” Valentine for nothing.
The biggest showman of a referee in college basketball had quite the moment tonight with North Carolina star guard Joel Berry.
Berry got held in transition by a Florida State player, but the referees didn’t see it, and it led to a North Carolina turnover. When the ball went out of bounds, Berry made his way over to Valentine, attempting to talk to him about what happened. But Valentine wasn’t having any of it. He literally turned his back on the Tar Heels’ star guard.

It was a rough night for the Tar Heels.

Roy Williams’ squad, now 12-3, will play at No. 8 Virginia on Saturday. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m. E.T. on ESPN.
