Here’s the latest on the star forward.
Michigan State star forward Miles Bridges suffered a lower-body injury during this afternoon’s win over Stony Brook.
The sophomore forward appeared to tweak something when he drove to the basket late in the second half.

After the game, Tom Izzo updated Bridges’ status.
It’s good news.
Izzo on Bridges: "They say 24-48 hours is usually when you know more on a sprained ankle." Swelled up initially but not much later. Expects to know more by Tuesday, maybe Monday. "Miles is tough enough to play through it, but we're not gonna take any chances."

Michigan State next plays on Thursday against DePaul. It’s unclear if Bridges will be back by then.
