Luis Suarez is one of the most talented goal scorers in the world and, entering today’s final group stage match with Italy, had seemingly cemented himself as one of the stars of this World Cup with both goals in a 2-1 win over England.
Suarez has also developed an awful reputation on the pitch for an absurd habit—he bites people. During a 2013 match for Liverpool against Chelsea, Suarez bit Branislav Ivanovic, earning him a 10 game suspension. It appears that in today’s match he repeated the act, for what is reportedly the third time.

With a 1-0 win over Italy, Uruguay finishes second behind Costa Rica in Group D and will face Columbia in the round of 16. If FIFA decides that it has enough evidence of this being yet another Suarez bite, the team could potentially lose its best player for the remainder of this tournament
