The Jacksonville wide receiver earned a 15-yard taunting penalty for celebrating…an incomplete pass.
Yes, this really happened. Lee might have thought they called targeting here, but either way, this celebration was insanely dumb.

On the next play, Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles threw an interception on 3rd-and-25.
Luckily for Lee, his team got the ball back and Bortles helped drive them into field goal range for the tying kick.
The two teams are knotted at 17 in the extra session.
