An NFL star made fun of the Big Baller Brand.
J.J. Watt is known for his ability to get after the quarterback.
In recent years, however, it’s his development off the field that has been good for business.
Two years ago, Watt signed an endorsement deal with Reebok. The move took many by surprise, as Reebok does not have rights to put its merchandise on the NFL fields.
Today, Watt unveiled his new training shoes on Twitter, and took at shot at the Big Baller Brand in the process.
400 dollars less than some shoes on the market and 100% more effective.

The caption reads, “400 dollars less than some shoes on the market and 100% more effective.”
Of course, Watt is referencing the $500 price tag on the Zo2’s put out by the Big Baller Brand. Now, we should clarify that Watt’s shoes are training shoes, and not basketball shoes, which are universally much more expensive.
Regardless, it’s an easy shot to take, and Watt took advantage of the opportunity provided to him.
