Fans have been invited to link arms with players during Thursday night’s contest.
On Thursday night, the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears will face off in a showdown of the oldest rivalry in the NFL.
When the teams take the field for the national anthem, however, the Packers will have a very different look this time around.
Packers beat reporter Aaron Nagler spoke with Aaron Rodgers, who revealed that the team is planning to invite fans to link arms with the players during the playing of the national anthem.
Aaron Rodgers says the team will continue to link arms during the anthem and plan to ask the fans to join them on Thursday night.

It looks like the national anthem protests will continue for the time being.
Titans wide receiver Rishard Matthews also stated that he will continue to kneel during the anthem until President Trump apologizes for his controversial comments condemning those that kneel for the anthem.
