This kicker may have just lost his job.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers drafted Roberto Aguayo in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
Since then, kicking has been the least successful part of the Buccaneers’ repertoire. After cutting Aguayo in favor of Nick Folk, the struggles continued.
On the national stage, Folk missed his third field goal of the night.
Immediately following the kick, people started calling for him to be fired.
I hate field-goal kicking but you'd better have a good one. Bucs keep getting kicked in the stomach. Folk has just lost it, along w his job.

If you’re keeping track that’s 6 missed kicks in 5 days for Folk.

Nothing snarky. Legit feel bad for Folk. That was tough to watch.

I hope Nick Folk rented and didn’t buy in Tampa Bay.

It’s been an difficult game for Folk, and with a litany of free agent kickers out there, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the Bucs move on from Folk.
