Before NFL All-Pro defensive end Justin Tuck was suiting up for the New York Giants on Sundays, he was donning blue and gold for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Saturdays. Tuck’s career with ND was an up-and-down affair, but in 2003, he had an unbelievably productive season, finishing with 13.5 sacks – a school record that still stands to this day.
But apparently Tuck wants his record to be broken – by current Irish star Stephon Tuitt. Tuitt recorded 12 sacks last season and is seemingly poised to have another huge season. Check out the interaction between the two tonight on Twitter:
