Freddy Canteen is transferring to Notre Dame after two seasons with the Michigan Wolverines, according to a report by ESPN.
Canteen appeared in seven games between the 2014 and 2015 seasons for Michigan, catching six total passes for 22 yards and a touchdown. He did not appear in a game for the Wolverines during the 2016 season.
ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg reports that he will be a member of the Fighting Irish this year. Canteen posted photos from the Notre Dame campus earlier this evening.
