ESPN put out its first edition of the ESPN300 recruiting rankings for the football class of 2018 today. Here’s where each of Notre Dame’s ESPN300 2018 commits ranks.
ESPN, which is one of the four major recruiting services, published its most notable recruiting list for the class of 2018 for the first time today. Here is how the rankings shook out for each of the each of the ranked players joining the Notre Dame Fighting Irish next year. Four of Notre Dame’s 12 players made the ESPN300:

Four-star QB Phil Jurkovec (Gibsonia, PA)

Four-star RB Markese Stepp (Indianapolis, IN)
Rank: No. 218
Four-star ATH Braden Lenzy (Tigard, OR)
Rank: No. 250
Notre Dame has quite the incoming class already for 2018, as the Fighting Irish rank No. 3 in the nation per 247 Sports. They currently sit behind Miami and Penn State for the No. 1 position. The Fighting Irish boast seven total four-star recruits and five three-stars, and four of their 12 recruits are inside the ESPN300. Notre Dame looks to be on the up and up after a rough 2016 campaign.
