One of the most-anticipated events of the summer on the football calendar is the Elite 11 quarterback camp, where 11 of the nation’s best high school quarterbacks show off their skills. This year, the camp features players like Ricky Town (USC commit), Kyler Murray (Texas A&M), Blake Barnett (Alabama), and Jarrett Stidham (Texas Tech), but it is a current big-name college signal caller that has many folks in Beaverton, Oregon, where the Elite 11 is being held, excited.
Star of the morning session of Elite 11 at Nike? Everett Golson. Elite 11 counselor was on point and dialed in. Looks great.

Talked with ND QB Everett Golson at #Elite11. He says depth at WR should make for a more wide-open Irish offense. He’s +15 pounds from ’12.

Really intrigued to see Everett Golson this year. I think he’s going to be pretty darn good.

Notre Dame has a ways to go to get back to the National Championship, but a game-ready Everett Golson would certainly help a great deal.
